Tasting:This low yielding vine has produced a wine of intense colour, aroma and flavour、Full bodied, aromas of forest fruits and prune are followed by subtle oak-spice notes on a well-balanced palate、The power has been harnessed into a deliciously smooth whole, but the concentration shows in an extremely long finish.
Enjoyrecommendations:An be drunk on its own but will accompany full flavoured dishes for example roasts, game and cheese. Excellent with food or by itself. Will accompany, for example, roasts, barbecue, pasta, vegetarian and cheese dishes.
