葡萄園位置:葡萄園的城堡建築在一個山坡上,由於特殊的石灰岩高原地質使得葡萄園免受大風的干擾。
葡萄酒發酵:葡萄酒以天然發酵(無添加物質,無亞硫酸鹽……),這由於整個發酵過程均以嚴格的溫度控制。
酒廠:在城堡的附屬建築,我們仍然使用已有一百年歷史的夏朗德蒸餾器銅甑進行雙重蒸餾,蒸餾週期是24小時。經過2個小的夏朗德蒸餾器(體積12HL)的雙重蒸餾,使得酒散發出自身的香味。
貯存及混合:酒莊擁有一百年悠久的的歷史,使得酒莊的干邑得以陳年調和發酵。這就是被譽為最古老的“生命之水”干邑。酒莊使用法國利穆贊地區的橡木桶,使得酒莊的烈酒擁有淡金黃色澤。
香味:清淡的茉莉和水仙花香味。後味:肉豆蔻香味至雪松木和桑德爾香氣
口感:酒香的餘韻會在口中持久達整個小時
顏色:琥珀色及桃花木心色。長時間的高濃度陳釀使得此酒擁有完美的透明度和黏稠度。

Vineyards location: The vineyard of the castle are planted on a hillside and protected from the wind on an exceptional geological plateau of easily assimilated limestone.
Wine fermentation: Natural wine fermentation(without additional product, no sulfites,.…)thanks to a high control of the temperatures all along the process
Distillery: In the outbuilding of the castle, we lead the stills with a process of a double discontinue distillation in hundred-years-old Alambiccharentais made of copper. The duration of the cycle of distillation is of 24hours. In the 2 small (12HL volume)’AlambicCharentais’, all the aromas of the wine can release themselves.
Warehouses &melange: In the peaceful one hundred year old winery, our cognac aged harmoniously. This Cognac s issued of the best and oldest ‘eaux de vie’. The contact with the oak from the limousine region of France gives the spirit a light golden color.
Nose: Delicate floral scents of jasmine and narcissus. Finale spiced: nutmeg Development of scents of cedar wood and sandel.
Mouth: Caress the palate during one hour
Color: Amber, mahogany. Perfect transparency and very high viscosity due to the concentration during the ageing.
